Please read this Web Site Terms of Service (the "Agreement") carefully. This document
is a legal agreement between you and Third Wire Productions, Inc. (the "ThirdWire").
ThirdWire is willing to offer to you the use of its Web Site (the "Service")
only on the condition that you accept all the terms contained in this Agreement.
By accessing the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the Agreement,
all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

Licenses
All material on the Service, including software, communications, graphics,
sounds, music, video, audio, text and all other material and information (collectively, the "Content,") made available
to you by ThirdWire and all intellectual property rights therein,
are owned, controlled, or licensed in whole or in part by ThirdWire,
and are protected by worldwide copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.
Permission is granted to temporarily download any Content from the Service for personal,
non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a grant of license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not
(a) use the Content for any commercial purpose, or for any public display, or
(b) remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Content.
This license shall terminate automatically and without notice if you violate any of these restrictions.
Any Content you upload to the Service, any information you store, any data you input,
and any other communications you make to ThirdWire or other users through the Service
(collectively, the "Communication"),
you are granting ThirdWire a royalty-free, irrevocable,
perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to (a) use, copy, sublicense, adapt, transmit,
publicly perform, display, or create derivative works from any such Communication, and (b) sublicense to
third parties the unrestricted right to exercise any of the foregoing rights granted with respect
to such Communication.
Conduct
It is a condition of your use of the Service that you must not:
(a) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Service;
(b) post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene,
vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent information of any kind;

or rude or deliberately offensive comments, or engage in disruptive activities online;

that is fraudulent or violates or infringes the rights of others, including material that violates privacy or
publicity rights, or infringes copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights, unless you first obtain permission
from the owner or right holder, and such owner or holder agrees to the terms of this Agreement;
(e) post, upload or transmit any information, software or other material that contains a virus or other harmful or corrupted component;
(f) post or transmit content that encourages or provides instructional activities about illegal activities, in particular
hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software;
(g) impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your professional or
other affiliation with any person or entity; or
(h) use the Service to collect personally identifying information about users of the Service in violation of ThirdWire's Privacy Policy.
If your Communication on the Service causes ThirdWire to be liable to any third party, you agree to indemnify ThirdWire for any and all damages,
costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) which it incurs as a result of your use of the Service.
Merchants
ThirdWire may use external merchants for payment and delivery of goods or services.
Your business dealing with these merchants, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or
representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such merchants.
Neither ThirdWire nor merchants are agents of the other. ThirdWire will not be responsible
or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or
as the result of the presence of such merchants on the Service.

The Service may provide links to other websites maintained by third parties.
ThirdWire does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or service on these third-party sites.
ThirdWire is not related to, affiliated with, nor sponsors these third-party sites,
nor are these third-party sites related to or affiliated with ThirdWire.
Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.
Disclaimer
The Content on this Service are provided "as is". ThirdWire makes no warranties, expressed or implied,
and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or
conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property
or other violation of rights. Further, ThirdWire does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy,
likely results, or reliability of the use of the Service or on any sites linked to the Service.
Limitations
In no event shall ThirdWire be liable for any damages including, without limitation,
damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, arising out of the
use or inability to use the Service, even if ThirdWire or a ThirdWire authorized representative has
been notified of the possibility of such damage.
Termination
ThirdWire may terminate your use of the Service, or remove and discard any
Communication transmitted by you or information stored, sent, or received via the Service without
prior notice or liability and for any reason.
Modification
ThirdWire may revise this Agreement at any time without notice.
By using the Service you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of the Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
If any provision, or any portion, of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, it shall be severed from, and shall in no way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.
