Please be sure to provide the following information:

name of the product (including the version number and which store it was downloaded from),
detailed description of the problem, and
your device or system description.

Please check your SPAM filter if you do not receive any e-mail from us after making online purchase. Some ISPs use very restrictive SPAM blocker and we may not be able to get any of our e-mails through.
